PILATES: The Art of Aging Backwards

Westlake Pilates sessions are customized to meet individual needs and goals under the guidance of certified instructors. Clients may choose to participate individually, in a group, or both. The Pilates Method stresses the coordination of breath and movement as a natural path to create core strength, flexibility, a healthy back, postural realignment, and balanced energy. Sessions incorporate a combination of flowing exercises that tone the whole body using a variety of equipment: Reformers, Cadillac, Towers, Barrel, and Chair.
