Heather Balderach Certified Pilates Instructor
Heather is a graduate of Texas State, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry and Math. We are mystified to report that she actually loves math! While securing her degree she turned to the practice of Pilates mainly for stress relief. She was amazed at how Pilates helped her tone, stretch, and strengthen her body. Finding a new sense of overall balance, Pilates became her unexpected passion. We are all lucky that she now loves Pilates even more than algorithms and petri dishes! Letting go of her aspirations of becoming an accountant, Heather has turned her brainy talents toward becoming an excellent Pilates teacher. She is fully certified through Body Arts and Science, Int., and is excited to share her knowledge of Pilates to help others discover the life-changing benefits Pilates has to offer. Erin Carter Certified Pilates Instructor
Erin was introduced to Pilates through her studies of dance at Texas State in 2001 and found that her balance, flexibility, strength, and total body awareness had increased tremendously. After experiencing first hand what Pilates had to offer she completed her Mat and Comprehensive Certification in 2003 from the New York Power Pilates System. She began teaching while attending the University of Texas at Dallas and after graduating with a BA in Arts and Humanities she moved back to Austin where she continued to teach. She took a break from training in 2007 to explore the corporate world as a pharmaceutical sales representative for a women’s health care corporation. She soon realized she missed her life as a Pilates Instructor and found herself back on the mat and into the world of Pilates. In 2009 Erin recieved her Pilates Comprehensive Certification through Body Arts and Science International. She’s passionate about helping others in achieving their fitness and health goals and aims to inspire others to find their own inner strength to live a happy, healthy life.

Cara Copeland Certified Pilates InstructorA Long-time fitness enthusiast, Cara began studying Pilates to meet the rigorous demands with the New York City Ballet. Her quest to prevent and recover from her own injuries and to improve her performance and recovery time motivated her to learn about optimal performance. Pilates was an important component in maintaining strength, alignment, and flexibility. Wishing to share her knowledge and experience with others led her to the Pilates Center of Austin where she received her teaching certification in 2001 after completing 525 hours of study, observation, and teaching. Her teaching style, which emphasizes concentration, integrity, and elegance, is a challenging yet compassionate approach to helping students of all abilities attain their individual goals. Angela DiNunzio Certified Pilates Instructor (bio coming soon) Adrienne Felder Certified Pilates Instructor
Adrienne began to focus her interest in pilates in 2003, at the North Carolina School of the Arts, where she was striving toward a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance. Pilates was fundamental to her dance conditioning and curriculum where she also enjoyed Anatomy, Physiology and Nutrition courses. After an injury during her 3rd year, she found that STOTT PILATES® was the best rehabilitation for both body as well as mind. It was at this point in time that Adrienne found she had two passions: dance and pilates. Not only did this form of exercise open the body to better alignment and muscle tone, it also left her feeling revitalized. Adrienne received her training at Pilates Training Center Hawaii and is a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor. Courtney Keetch Certified Pilates Instructor
Courtney grew up in Corpus Christi, TX as a ballet dancer with Corpus Christi Concert Ballet, under the direction of Nancy Sulik, and with the unfailing love and support of her family. She was first introduced to Pilates at age 14 while attending a summer intensive with the Joffrey Ballet. She continued her training in dance for several more years and went on to pursue a degree in Ballet Performance from the University of Oklahoma. By her third semester at OU Courtney developed multiple injuries and was in and out of physical therapy sessions for the better part of the school year. She decided to take Pilates as an elective course and as a supplement to her therapy sessions. Although she was injured Courtney soon noticed that she was otherwise in the best shape of her life because of Pilates!!! Over the past few years she has earned a degree in Communication from St. Edward's university, explored different realms of fitness training as well as various career paths, and is very glad to say the benefits of Pilates have outweighed all other avenues! As a Pilates Instructor she hopes to help others meet their own fitness needs, destress from their day, and learn to incorporate Pilates into their own lifestyle.
